Asian Games 2023 : India’s Schedule on 29 September
India has taken home a total of 7 gold, 8 silver, and 9 bronze medals from the international competition in a variety of sports.
With gold medals in the Women’s 25m pistol team event, the Men’s 10m air pistol team event, and the Women’s 50m rifle 3 positions team event, India achieved outstanding successes in shooting. They also took silver in the women’s 25-meter pistol and 10-meter air rifle events.
Men’s lightweight double sculls earned rowing a silver medal, and the men’s pair and eight won bronze.
Women’s T20 cricket added another gold to India’s collection of medals.
Silver and bronze were won by sailing, and gold was won by the equestrian dressage team.
India was represented in wushu with a silver medal in the women’s 60kg sanda.
