Asia Cup 2023 : Wasim Akram’s most recent revelation stuns Virat Kohli, telling him, “You come in my dreams.”

Wasim On Virat Kohli :

Virat Kohli was taken aback by Wasim Akram’s most recent admission. The seasoned Pakistan seamer stated Virat appeared in his dreams during the India-Pakistan Super Four pre-match talk on Sunday in Colombo. Given that Virat Kohli is such a divisive personality in both international and non-international cricket, he receives more media than his contemporaries. Wasim claimed that because he had been watching Virat so much lately because of the build-up to the India-Pakistan match.

Wasim Akram  On Virat Kohli :

During their quick catch-up before the game, the Pakistani great acknowledged telling Virat about this.

I told Virat Kohli when I passed him today that you are now appearing in my nightmares. What do you mean, Wasim bhai? he retorted. I told him as a result of how frequently I watch you on television. He just won’t leave my mind, Akram said.

Wasim mentioned three match-winners in Kohli, Babar Azam, and Shaheen Shah Afridi when discussing Virat and the superstars from both teams, saying that players like them are designed for significant occasions like the India-Pakistan encounter.

Wasim went on to claim that the elite players from Pakistan and India particularly wanted to play during this match.

“Virat, Babar, Shaheen, and all of these match-winners play India vs. Pakistan for these moments. Everyone wants to perform for Pakistan, I mean, and vice versa. Just make it or break it on this. not for older men like Babar Azam and Virat Kohli, but for young men. The games are enjoyable. The entire city of Colombo was bustling yesterday, Akram continued.
