  • India co-hosted the tournament with Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
  • While they reached the semi-finals, they were overcome by Sri Lanka, who ultimately clinched the championship.

1999 – England:

  • India reached the Super Six stage but did not advance to the semi-finals.

2003 – South Africa, Zimbabwe, & Kenya:

  • Under the leadership of Sourav Ganguly, India made it to the final.
  • They secured the runners-up position, falling to Australia in the final match.

2007 – West Indies:
